Terms and Conditions for Sale

  1. This sale is for the transfer of a digital business or businesses.

  2. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges that once the transfer of the business or businesses has been completed, there will be no refunds or exchanges offered.

  3. The customer agrees to lose the right to ask for a refund once the transfer of the business or businesses has been completed.

  4. The customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to them fully.

  5. These terms and conditions are binding and enforceable by law.

  6. The customer agrees to hold harmless the seller from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the sale of the business or businesses.

  7. The customer agrees to use the business or businesses only for lawful purposes.

  8. The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the ownership and operation of the business or businesses.

  9. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the customer's use of the business or businesses.

  10. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the seller with respect to the sale of the business or businesses and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the customer and the seller.

  11. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  12. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By Replying to the email "I Agree", the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and the transfer of the business or businesses will take place.
