At Ecom Chief, we build and customize premium Shopify stores and online businesses. Because our service involves the creation and permanent transfer of digital assets, domains, and proprietary code, our refund policy differs from that of traditional physical goods.

1. Service Completion & Handover

We build Shopify sites tailored to your order. Once the website is completed and the ownership rights have been digitally handed over to you, the service is considered fully rendered. At this stage, the digital assets are in your possession and cannot be "returned."

2. Non-Tangible Irrevocable Goods

Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, the ability to duplicate files, and the irrevocable transfer of ownership, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the handover process has been completed.

3. Why This Policy Exists

Unlike physical items, digital businesses and website files can be duplicated, stored, or used even after a "return" is requested. To protect our intellectual property and the integrity of our marketplace, we cannot reverse a transaction once you have access to the business backend.

4. Our Support Commitment

While we cannot offer refunds, we are fully committed to your success. If you encounter technical issues, transfer delays, or questions about operating your new business, our team will provide full assistance to resolve them. We are here to ensure what you bought works as advertised.

5. Agreement

By completing a purchase on Ecom Chief, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. We encourage you to carefully evaluate the business listing and ask any questions via our Contact Page prior to purchasing.
